Even with this tricky market my clients are buying into some great homes at good prices! Sometimes it takes a few offers before the right home comes along at a price you can afford. Interest rate increases are diminishing your buying power but the industry knows this and adjusts to these realities. Is it a buyers or sellers market. It is a sellers market with opportunities for buyers in certain areas. Condos that tick all the boxes are a sellers market. Condos that do not tick all the boxes are more of a balanced market. The slower months of July and August are a great time for buyers to get out there and find a great home! Less competition, sellers are more willing to negotiate!
