As we move into the warmer months of 2023 the housing market is short of supply and this is causing pent up demand for homes. Even with higher interest rates buyers are taking advantage of the pricing correction that took place last year. All-in-all a great move because when interest rates start to come down the housing market supply will be even tighter with more buyers coming back to the market.
