Online tools are no substitute for an experienced Realtor. Algorithms don’t understand neighbourhood dynamics or market shifts. As a full-time Realtor, I provide accurate, real-world property valuations based on real-time data.

Fiduciary Duty: Your Realtor has a legal responsibility to you

Signing a Buyer Representation Agreement is how you hire a Realtor. Your Realtor is legally obligated to act in your best interest. I take that responsibility seriously and at any time you are not satisfied with my services I will release you from the Buyers Representation Agreement.
