901-225 Wellesley Street East was a quick turn around. In one week I had painters paint the bedroom. I had my stager come in and discuss the scope of staging. I arranged the movers to move existing furniture to a storage facility. I had my stager move in furniture and all the amazing things stagers do. I had bookcases moved. I brought in cleaners for deep cleaning the washrooms and kitchen. I supplied the moving tubs. I brought in patio furniture to showcase a fantastic view and a great balcony. Oh yeah, I sold the condo in 3 days setting a building record! I roll up my sleeves when I sell a property. I do what needs to be done to maximize the selling potential of your property!

There is a new (luxury) condo project heading for King Street West. It will be a beautiful gorgeous project that will be the envy of many buildings around it. Information for the public hasn’t been released yet but the project will start selling at $1400-$1500 per square foot. Condo prices are headed up and they will continue to grow as long as demand is there. There is plenty of demand! Where is the demand coming from? It’s coming from local investors who rather put their money in real estate than the stock market. It’s people looking to move to our city from other places around the world.
